When prominent real estate developer SVB Realty acquired a landmark office space in Mumbai's vibrant financial epicenter, their trusted partners at ZERO9 were the first call to transform the 1,500 square feet into a prestigious new headquarters.

By merging two adjoining offices, an imposing reception area was created to make a grand first impression on visitors. Elegant marble-clad walls complement the stately marble reception desk. Flanking the reception is a discreet meeting room for impromptu discussions on one side. On the other, a spacious presentation room allows buyers an inside look at SVB's upcoming projects. Outfitted in rich leather panels that conceal access to a private washroom, server room, and the boardroom, the presentation room exudes luxury.

The expansive boardroom features a custom 10-seat marble-topped table with a leather base, surrounded by marble walls. State-of-the-art automation facilitates both video conferences and in-person meetings with ease.

Filtered natural light permeates the open workspaces through fluted partition panels separating workstations and meeting cabins. The light color palette enhances the bright, airy ambiance throughout the environment.
