A Nagpur based Business family desired a new development on their existing plot with all the luxuries of a villa and the security of an urban apartment building. We simply saw this an opportunity to raise this mixed used development to suit their needs and create and elevated lifestyle for the family. The ground level welcomes you with recreational spaces including indoor games and a lap pool with a spacious lawn and decks. The first level becomes the clients office space with a two bedroom apartment for visiting guests. The second and third floor are the Villa with a large party deck, double height forma living room, family room, dining, pooja, kitchen, dining and individual bedrooms all internally connected by a private lift and staircase. The terrace of this ‘VillApartment’ would be the a solar ground to capture power.
The south facade screens off the heat gain with terracotta perforated wall screen white the east and north are kept open to let in the light. The east terrace of the villa inspires to aRRise at the early hours of the day and enjoy the sunrise.
